Vegan Mac n Cheese
Macaroni and cheese originates from the United States and UK. A dish made of cooked macaroni with loads of cheese. The vegan recipe below makes the dish more wholesome and nutritious as plant based ingredients added with no compromising taste..!
|1 tsp Active Dry Yeast|
|1 cup Bouillon, Powder, Dry|
|1 tsp Garlic Powder|
|1 cup Tapioca, Pearl, Dry|
|1 tablespoons Organic Soy Milk Powder|
|1 tbsp Coarse Grind Onion Powder|
|1 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts|
|Sweet Yellow Corn 1 Cup, Kernels|
|1 floweret Cauliflower Raw|
|1 tbsp Vegan Gourmet Cream Cheese|
|1 clove Garlic Raw|
|Peppers Capsicum, Red, Raw|
Dietary Fiber: 13g
- Soak cashews in water
- soak some peeled garlic
- leave some cauliflower flowerets with some salt in oven to roast
Add pasta to salted boiling water along with some corn. Let it boil until the pasta is properly cooked. Strain it and let it cool. Add oil and strain out the residual water
Take out the roasted, brown and charred cauliflower out of oven.
Sauce preparation: Take the soaked cashes, garlic and roasted cauliflower and blend them to attain a smooth paste to make a sauce.
Chop some vegan cheese in cubes and slice some capsicum as well. Allow the capsicum and cheese to cook for a while. Add the cauliflower sauce to it.
Take a rectangular cake pan, add boiled pasta in it, top it with the prepared cheese and sauce.
Keep the dish in a pre-heated oven at 250 degress until cheese melts and light brown coloured surface is obtained. Spoon it on a plate and relish the vegan mac and cheese..!
